The Senior Alliance is part of The Area Agencies on Aging. They provide support to older persons in the communities of western and southern Wayne County. For older persons who live in the cities of Detroit, Hamtramck, Highland Park, Grosse Pointe Shores, Grosse Pointe Woods, Grosse Pointe Farms, and Harper Woods, please see The Detroit Area Agency on Aging.
The Senior Alliance enables older persons to function as independently as possible in the community environment which best suits their needs.
The Senior Alliance provides advocacy, programming, planning, contracting, funding, and personnel necessary to help people live as independently as possible.
