Special Olympics Michigan

Special Olympics is a sports program that helps people with developmental disabilities develop physical fitness and self-confidence.

Special Olympics Michigan athletes are busy year round.  Every season has sporting activities from softball in the summer to downhill skiing in the winter.

With 21,000 athletes, Michigan has one of the largest and highest-quality programs in the nation.  Thousands of Michigan citizens make this program possible through their donations of time, energy, and funds.
