Kid’s Care of Michigan
Kids Care of Michigan is a unique health care delivery system designed specifically for the Children's Special Health Care Services population. Kids Care will assure a coordinated system of comprehensive services to children with special health care needs and their families through direct service provision with the plan, and collaboration with public and private community services outside the plan.
Services will be delivered as close to the child's home as possible and include appropriate outreach services to families, including education, screening, primary and specialty care, mental health services, wellness management, hospitalization, emergency care, medication, supplies, equipment and rehabilitation.
