Independent Living

Independent Living Communities are often referred to as Retirement or Congregate Living.  They are designed for independent seniors who wish to live in an apartment setting, with 24 hour on site supervision.

Services usually include meals, housekeeping, and laundry.

Social activities that are entertaining and educational help to create a sense of community among residents.

Only private pay is accepted in these rental communities.
